What is your opinion on illegal aliens trying to use surgery as a means to cover up their criminal past?

I haven't heard of that until today. However, I don't like the idea of illegal immigrants coming to this country and than speaking their native language to everyone. People should also show a visa or some form of resistance in this country in order to seek medical help especially cosmetic
