Why won't any media, left or right compare & contrast the arrest/conviction rate of both parties (sex crimes)?

Do you mean for elected officials or the general population? When an elected official is accused of sexual offenses, his/her career is usually over, although there have been exceptions. For people who aren't in politics, their political affiliation is irrelevant.
