Background check Advise?

My employer is doing a background check on me today. They only go back 7 years. My last conviction was in 2003. That's 8 years ago. My last entry for this case was in 2004. That's 7 years, 2 months and some days ago. Will that show up when they do my background check? She has been running it since 10 am today and it was partially done at 3pm and at 3pm there wasn't anything showing up. So, if it was to show it a red flag would have already came up don't you think?
