I like 3 4 7 9 10 but don't rely on me cos I'm not religious. I guess they are the most common so might mean your son is less likely to be picked on. Dont mean to offend you in any way. Julian I'd give a 7, Simon a 6, Levi an 8, Steven and juston also 8.
