Is an Intel GMA HD graphics card compatible for playing Splinter Cell: Conviction?
No. Integrated graphics adapters aren't supported. The minimum video card required is the GeForce 7800 or Radeon X1800. Of course to play it well you're going to want something more along the lines of a GeForce GTS 250 or Radeon 4870 or better.
