I accidently kissed my older brother?

So basically yesterday at the hospital I was all druggy when they doing these tests on me when they found out I had lupus. My older brother Elias who is 20 and is 5 years older than me. So he said he has hungry and was going to be right back once he gets some food so he gave me a peck on my forehead then I went right for his lips for like 5-6 seconds then he looked at me weird and left then came back like nothing happened. I feel awkward being around him now and so embarrassed. I didn't mean to because I was all druggy. He's coming over to see how I'm feeling today and I'm really embarrassed to see him. I feel all sick inside and don't mention incest. What do I do now when he comes over ? talk to him about it ?
