Does anyone know of any employers that hire felons in Indiana?

I pled guilty to Misconduct w/Minor January of 2006. This was the first and only time I have ever been in trouble with the law. I have completed my probation, remained jail free since, and am one year away from completing my Associate Degree in Business Administration. Over the past year and a half I've been fired from 3 different employers without notice because of my conviction that I was honest about on application. I have a daughter on the way in November and am running out of ideas on what to do.
