Convicted or not convicted?

So, I'm filling out a job application and it's the criminal history part. The question is: Have you been convicted of any other crimes (including, but not limited to: misdemeanors, criminal citations, and driving offenses) in the past 10 years? Do not answer "Yes" if your conviction record has been annulled, expunged, sealed, pardoned, erased or impounded. Well when I was 16 (4 years ago), I had my license for about a week when I accidentally scraped by another car while changing lanes. It's not like I had to go to court or anything for this, just my insurance went way up. Is this considered a driving offense or can I just leave it off of my application? Thanks for the help!!
