Certificate of No Criminal Conviction in Hong Kong?

I am currently living in oversea & is required to get the Certificate of No Criminal Conviction in Hong Kong. However, I have a concern that after I left Hong Kong someone made the report to the police and the issue is against me. Do you think this will consider under investigation by the Hong Kong Police Force? Since, the report was happened after I left Hong Kong & I personally unable to show up for that official interview by the police officer. Can you share you thoughts?
