Can I become a police officer with a Misdemeanor Simple Assault conviction?

I was charged as a Juvenile class C Misdemeanor simple Assault w/intent to provoke. This happened when I was 14. Will I be able to be a police officer if I applied? And no I did not lose my civil rights.
