After 18 years of a conviction of fraud will a judge and jury use that against you in a landlord tenant evicti?
Well, if you watch any daytime court TV, a lot of times the plaintiff or defendant will bring up the other persons *dirty laundry*. Some judges will admit it into evidence because it shows the *character* of the person. Just depends on the judge you get. The person suing you can bring anything up they want. Whether or not the judge wants to hear it or thinks it is relevant to the case is another thing. If for example the person was convicted of fraud, and the landlord can show that the tenant set out to defraud him, then, it might be allowed.
